TSRTk is a GUI-based software system that seamlessly links a
suite of energy deposition, stress wave, thermal and structural
response codes to perform analysis of problems involving energy
deposition-driven thermo-mechanical shock/thermo-structural
response, impulse generation and response to impulse (including
impact simulation). TSRTk contains the following codes: CEPXS,
TIGER, PUFF-TFT and ACCEPT for 1D/3D energy deposition analysis;
PUFF-TFT and TOPAZ3D for 1D/3D thermal response analysis: WONDY and
PUFF-TFT for stress wave response analysis; DYNA3D for structural
response analysis. Using minimal user-supplied information, TSRTk
prepares input for each of these codes, processes and displays the
output and makes it available for use by a subsequent code in the
analysis stream (e.g., ACCEPT 3D depositions can be fed
automatically into a DYNA3D structural response analysis).
TSRTk development was sponsored by the Defense
Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). TSRTk is Export Controlled and
normally available only to Government agencies and their
contractors. Requests for TSRTk may be submitted by e-mail to
APTEK. The request should
include a brief description of what TSRTk will be used for,
identification (if applicable) of a specific activity (such as a
government sponsored program) that may benefit from the intended
use, the name and contact information (including phone number and
e-mail address) of the individual making the request and the company
mailing address. APTEK will forward this information to DTRA for
review. APTEK will provide the requestor a copy of TSRTk after
approval is granted by DTRA.
